There were so many gringos for the dinner from two biligual schools and all of the peace core workers. It was a great night for all.
This was the best food I have had in Honduras. Mostly becuase it was comfort food. Thanks to all the great cooks and wonderful friends.

Looks soooo good! A lot of work.... I'm hungry.
Glad you were able to have a Thanksgiving dinner! That is so fun!!! I think it's so interesting how much we can miss familiar foods when we're away from home.
