Yellowstone Trip

Mashell and I went to my favorite place in the world, Yellowstone. There is so much to see and do that every trip is different.

This snake tried to attack me, it was funny at first then it starting to really attack and I started running.

It was so cold and rainy, but it made for some beautiful rainbows!

Peace Parade

The 5th grade classes and 11th and 12th grade classes were asked to represent our school in the peace parade. At first I didn't mind it but it turned out to be more work than I wanted. Everyone was to wear a white shirt which made it hard to find the schools. It was so disorganized and there were a lot of very angry educators. But it all worked out as usual!
My niece (Ali) and nephews (Christian and Rigo Jose)
Our school was assigned Tolerance. I worked hard on having my students be tolerant of each other. They didn't do so well!

Edgar's school was assigned equality. Their students were much better behaved than ours, but they had about 12 teachers and we had only 3.

Keri and Erin (both cuties)

Three very hot and tired girls after the parade. They got to go home and rest, I had to shower and get to the school for the mother's day program and party. Really was a long day!

The Freezer.......

Even though we bought a frost free freezer, we still have to chisel the ice out of it.

Luckly now I can make a snowball and throw it at my husband!
Unluckily he makes a bigger one and chucks it at me!

Science Fair

Shige have a fun ride on the playground!

My students did such a great job at the fair, it was a bit wild though!

Southern Dinner Night

We got together for a southern dinner party. All I can say is Yum, it was wonderful.

Valentines/Parents Lunch

Edgar and I celebrated our Valentines the night before. (I was lawful and didn't bring any guns into the restaurant, just like the sign says) The parents association took the teachers to lunch on Valentines it was a great day.

We all tried to hit the Pinata, eventually the branch broke and we got our candy.
